We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:
Before Check-In: Cancel 15 days prior to check-in, eligible for full refund.
Postponement Requests: Requests to postpone should be accepted up to 7 days prior to check-in.

Go to "My Bookings" section
Select the reservation you wish to cancel
Follow the cancellation prompts

Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of cancellation approval.
