Cancellation & Refund Policy

Standard Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is designed to be fair and flexible:

  • Free Cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.

  • Partial Refund: Cancel within 48-24 hours of check-in and receive 50% refund

  • No Refund: No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds

Special Occasions & Peak Periods

During Weekends, peak seasons, holidays, and special events, different cancellation terms may apply:

  • 7-day advance notice required for full refund

  • 72-hour notice for 75% refund

  • Within 72 hours: no refund

Weather & Emergency Cancellations

In case of severe weather conditions or emergencies that prevent travel, we offer full refunds or the option to reschedule without penalty.

  2. Go to "My Bookings" section

  3. Select the reservation you wish to cancel

  4. Follow the cancellation prompts

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.
